Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states within the United States mainland. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing the next business day. We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Processing time (1–2 business days) is not included in this delivery estimate.

Carriers
We work with major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The carrier is chosen based on your location and package details. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders to the continental United States. No minimum purchase, no handling fees, no fuel surcharges, and no residential delivery fees.

Tracking
A tracking link is sent to your checkout email as soon as the order is dispatched. Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch or seems lost, contact us at info@aeshop.sbs or call +1 (914) 562-6229. We will help resolve the issue with the carrier.
