Acceptance of terms
By accessing or making a purchase through aeshop.sbs (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy products from us.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account registration
You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, description errors, or suspected fraud. Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal via third‑party processors. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Pricing
We try to keep all pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If we find an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is available only to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch. See our separate Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery for unused items in original packaging due to quality issues. Return shipping is free. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. See our separate Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site – text, graphics, logos, product images, and software – is owned by AE Shop or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or servers; upload malicious code or viruses; or scrape, harvest, or copy content without authorization.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AE Shop and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products sold through it are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the operation of the Site or the products.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
